Elephant Family Made of Wood

These elephants are cut out of one piece of wood (it makes the process easier). They come together to become one big happy elephant family. One more child elephant it would be a complete family with me, my sister, and parents.

They actually have little eyes burnt into them, but they're a little hard to see.

I got the pattern from my wood shop class, and I made it as practice.

Purse With Zipper--Custom Made to Store Small Things with Protection

I often stow away keychains or small origami papers in this knitted pouch for folding into random animals and cranes when I'm bored.

Since it's made of very soft yarn, I add a little cardstock along the inside to make it sturdier for my origami paper

Simple Finger-Knitted Squirrel with Button Eyes

The body is finger-knitted with multi-colored yarn, except the end of the tail, which is purple, while the ears and paws are traditionally knitted.

Isn't it nice to see that a combination of such simple shapes could become a cute animal?

Felt Rabbit With Knitted Tail

The original design didn't have a tail, and I thought that was weird, so I added the puffy white tail, which is hand-knitted. It ended up also helping the rabbit sit on its feet,

Simple Round Seat Cushion, Finger-Knitted

Making this was the first time I tried finger-knitting.

Sometimes, you don't need anything more than yarn, your fingers, and some patience to create something cool (possibly even as a gift?).

Hand-Sewn Pillow featuring my Pet Rabbit and Hamster

I have an adorable hamster named Hammie and a bunny named Snow Fluff.
I love them so much I couldn't resist making a pillow that showcased both of them In the place they love most (Hammie is a pretty lazy little hamster).
My is name sewn on the side with my hamster.
